THE LINKS

I want to tell noone about the links away from this blog. First, "Google Maps," is a service just begun by the web power house. With this link, you can pretty much "zoom" down from a satellite to almost any location on the marble, Earth. It's pretty cool; anyone who does not happen upon this blog should check it out.

CLUTCH

If you do not know about this band; just explore their website. There is plenty of video and audio within to give an honest representation of these guys. I think they are the best rock band in the last 20 years, but don't take my word for it.

PRELINGER ARCHIVES

First, you need Quicktime to download the video. The software is free, so unless you are on dial-up or stealing your feed, you have no excuse for not checking it out. The site is a library of video footage, past and present, representing the documentary views of countless citizens. I personally recommend viewing "Despotism" and "Man and His Culture". These videos are both from the '50s, but I still think the "Despotism" video has relevance. The "Man...Culture" video is simply entertaining. There are many contemporary documentaries; you just have to find them. I hope they broaden your perspective if you seek them out.

PALEOAMERICAN SURVEY

This site outlines the archeological fieldwork I participated in this summer. More detail is sure to come, but the things found here could represent a paridigm shift, pushing back North American habitation by more that 20 thousand years. If you are not familiar with these theories, comment. I will be more than happy to clue you in.
